Elfyn Evans awarded prestigious Tom Pryce Memorial Trophy

After lifting the MSA British Rally Championship earlier in the year, the awards continue to roll in for Elfyn Evans who has recently been awarded the prestigious Tom Pryce Memorial Trophy.

The Tom Pryce Memorial Trophy is awarded to a Welsh man or woman for an outstanding contribution in the world of transport: Land, Sea or Air.

Elfyn’s father Gwyndaf was awarded the inaugural Tom Pryce Trophy in 1996 having won the BRC that year and now his son Elfyn, exactly two decades later, has replicated the feat.

“It is a great honour to receive this award especially since it is twenty years since my father was awarded it having himself won the BRC in 1996.” Enthused Elfyn. “It is also an opportunity to thank my family, friends, supporters and not least of course the team who have worked brilliantly for me throughout such a challenging season.”
